Greenpastures Agro Allied Konsult Ltd was conceived as a Vision in the year 2011 upon graduation with Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka.

Later in the following year( 12th June 2012), The company was registered with Corporate affairs commission , Federal republic of Nigeria. Our basic drive and Passion was to Play a Major Role in health and production of animal especially Poultry. This made us to Seek Partnership with Hesters Biosciences Limited. Hesters which has been Known Very well as a Major Producer of Avian vaccines (Poultry vaccines) in India entered into a Memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the company to be their SOLE IMPORTER AND DISTRIBUTOR in Nigeria. In 2012, we kicked off with Registration of Three major Live vaccines(Infectious Bursa Disease Vaccine- IBD, Newcastle Disease Vaccine -Lasota and Fowl Pox disease Vaccine Respectively) with the Regulatory Body (NAFDAC). In 2013, We started importation and distribution of Same in the Country.

The Company has since extended her Portfolio by registering Killed or Inactivated Vaccines Namely:

1. Infectious Coryza Vaccine
2. Newcastle Disease Vaccine + Egg Drop Syndrome ’76 + Avian Infectious Bronchitis( ND+EDS+IB).
3. Inactivated Newcastle Disease Vaccine.
